How do I update my delivery instructions?Updated 2 months ago

For local deliveries (South Florida Sunday/Monday): You may update your delivery instructions by logging into your portal and click on "My Profile". When you click "Edit" by the shipping address, there will be a spot for you to put your instructions for the driver.

 For national shipments 3rd party couriers:

UPS: You may download the MYUPS App and enter in your delivery instructions. If you do not wish to download the App you may contact our Customer Service team by emailing [email protected] or you may call 561-330-4345 for assistance. 

 OnTrac: You may contact may contact our Customer Service team by emailing [email protected] or you may call 561-330-4345 for assistance. You may also reach out to them by contacting 800-334-5000.
