When are my meals delivered?Updated a month ago

National (48 States) Via Courier: Your meals are shipped on Monday to arrive for a Tuesday or Wednesday the latest arrival or shipped Wednesday and should arrive at your door on Friday or Saturday the latest, depending on your state and shipping zone. The only time this may change is during inclement weather advisories or holidays.

Please note: All shipments are scheduled to arrive on the delivery day selected. If your tracking number shows otherwise your tracking information will update before its arrival. If you receive any other notifications from the courier, you may contact them directly or contact our customer service team.

Florida (excluding Orlando to Miami Dade County): You can choose for a Tuesday or Thursday shipment which will be delivered by the end of the day.

Orlando to Miami Dade County: Thursday shipments which will be delivered by the end of the day.

Local Hand Delivery (South Florida, Orlando to Miami Dade County): You can choose a delivery window that works best for you. For our local South Florida members, here are the time frames for each of the delivery windows:

Broward/Miami/Palm Beach

All Day– Sunday between 9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.

AM Monday and Thursday delivery between 11 A.M. – 7:00 P.M.

*Note: Commercial delivery time is designated for businesses, if for any reason your business will be closed for a delivery, please update your address or inform our customer service team before the upcoming week’s cutoff.

Orlando/Tampa

All Day– Sunday before 8:00 P.M.
