How are delivery days determined?
Delivery days depend on your location and the shipping carrier assigned to your area.
- South Florida & Central Florida:
Delivery schedules may differ and are handled locally on Sunday or Monday based on your current set date. - All Other States:
Your delivery day is determined by your carrier and follows this schedule:- OnTrac West: Monday – Tuesday
- OnTrac East: Monday – Tuesday
- UPS GA Ground: Monday – Tuesday
- UPS PA Ground: Tuesday
- UPS FL Ground: Tuesday
- UPS 2-Day Air: Wednesday
Please note that these are standard delivery windows and may vary slightly based on carrier operations.
When is the deadline to select or update my meals?
Your weekly deadline to select meals or make any changes is:
- Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. EST
Be sure to finalize your selections before this cutoff to ensure your order is processed for the upcoming delivery week or skip.
When does the new menu become available?
Our new weekly menu opens on:
- Thursday at 10:01 a.m. EST
At that time, you can browse and select meals for the following delivery cycle.
What happens if I miss the Wednesday deadline?
If you miss the cutoff:
- Your previous selections (or default meals) will be processed for the upcoming week.
- Any changes you make after the deadline will apply to the next delivery cycle.
Why is my delivery day different from someone else’s?
Delivery schedules vary depending on:
- Your geographic location
- The shipping carrier servicing your area
