Can I redeem more than 1 item at the same time with my points?

Unfortunately, you can only redeem one item for each order. Not to worry though, there are plenty of items to choose from with your points if you keep saving them up.

Can I combine my points with another account that is active?

Unfortunately, we do not have a way to combine account points from earning rewards. If you need to cancel your account at anytime, your points earned will remain on your account for 1 year from when the points were earned.

Do I lose my points if I cancel my account?

Great news! The points will still be available on your account. Keep in mind the points will expire 1 year from when the points were earned.

Can I redeem points for the same item I added to my cart?

Absolutely, the system will mark the one same item as a reward item and will add the other same item as a purchased add-on.
